Terms of Use

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use urShowList. If you are under 18, use it with the supervision of a guardian. By using the service, you declare that these conditions are true.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Activities carried out from your account are your responsibility. Let us know if you notice unauthorized use. You can close your account at any time in Settings → Account.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you publish — reviews, ratings, texts, photos, videos and lists. So that urShowList can work (display, store, resize, generate thumbnails and share cards), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the service, according to the visibility you choose. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for residual backup copies for a limited time.

You declare that you have the right to publish what you submit. When uploading a photo, a poster or a video, you confirm that it is yours or that you are authorized to share it.

4. Conduct

By using urShowList, you agree not to:

• publish illegal, offensive, defamatory or hateful content, or content that violates third-party rights;
• harass, threaten or impersonate another person;
• send spam, unsolicited advertising or misleading content;
• attempt to bypass security, scrape data in bulk or overload the service;
• use the service for any unlawful purpose.

The rules of conduct are detailed in the Community Guidelines, which are part of these Terms.

5. Community contributions

Part of the catalogue (shows and posters) is submitted by the community and goes through approval. When contributing, you confirm that you have the right to share that material and to follow the Community Guidelines. We may accept, reject, edit or remove contributions to maintain the quality and legality of the collection. Approved contributions may display your credit.

6. Moderation

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, in a proportionate way whenever possible. In serious or illegal cases, removal may be immediate.

7. Intellectual property and copyright

The urShowList brand, name, logo and software are ours or licensed. We respect third-party intellectual property. If you believe that some content violates your copyright, send a notice to legal@urshowlist.com identifying the content, proof of ownership and your contact details. We will review it and may remove the material.

8. Third-party services

urShowList uses and displays data from external services (such as Spotify, Ticketmaster and setlist.fm) and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Use of that data follows the terms of the respective providers. Details in the Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties and liability

urShowList is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service stable and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability nor that show information (dates, venues, tickets) is always accurate — always confirm with the official source. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be signaled in the app or by email. The “last updated” date at the top indicates the version in force. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brazil, except for the consumer’s right to choose another venue provided by law.
